Biography:

Mahrukh Khan joined the firm in October 2026 after completing her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Law from the University of Cambridge. She is currently working as an associate at BNR, on matters relating to commercial litigation, arbitration and commercial & corporate advisory.

Mahrukh has marshalled with various Resident Circuit Judges around England, including HHJ Mark Bishop. Her professional interests include civil and criminal litigation, ADR and Human Rights.

She is currently part of the team handling a high-stakes London-seated ICC arbitration within the upstream energy sector.
