Ahmad joined the firm in 2022. He graduated in 2019 and completed his LLM in corporate and commercial law in 2021. Ahmad has four years of experience as a litigator and actively assists the partners in contentious matters pertaining to constitutional, employment and arbitration in the Lower Courts and High Courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Ahmad worked at a well reputable law firm where he focused on labour, and Intellectual property disputes, as well as provided assistance to partners in complex civil litigation.
Additionally, Ahmad possesses exceptional skills in contractual and opinion drafting, having successfully drafted various contracts for clients.
Furthermore, Ahmad has written four articles on the topics: Liquidated damages clause in commercial contracts, enforcement of foreign arbitration awards in Pakistan, role of competition commission in Pakistan and arbitration can ease the courts.

Representative Capacity
Assisted senior partner in enforcement of foreign arbitral award in Pakistan passed by London Court of International Arbitration. The Petition was allowed and has been approved for reporting as, Tradhol International SA Sociedad Unipersonal v. Shakarganj Limited.
Assisted senior partner in constitutional petition on behalf of a leading political party, regarding elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The Petition was allowed, and the judgment was reported in PLD 2023 Lahore 179 titled, Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf v. Governor Punjab etc.
Assisted senior partner in an Intra Court Appeal, successfully defending the judgment passed by Lahore High Court enforcing the foreign arbitral award. The Intra Court Appeal was dismissed titled, Daewoo Pakistan Express Bus Servie v. POSCO International Corporation.
Assisted senior partner in a constitutional petition whereby successfully getting the petition dismissed. The dismissed constitutional petition was titled Nooruddin Feerasta v. LDA.
