Awais Asif Ali joined the firm in 2022 right after being called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. He also holds an LLB (Hons.) degree and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from City University of London, where he specialized in Company Law. Mr. Awais has previously interned with reputable law firms in London and Lahore.

At BNR, Mr. Awais works with the partners on various litigation and transactional matters, including competition, company, constitution, and tax law matters.
