Assisted senior partner in a commercial petition regarding oppression and mismanagement
titled Sohail Nisar v. Nadeem Nisar and others. The Lahore High Court referred the matter to
mediation under Order 9B of the Civil Procedure Code. Order 9B was added to the Civil
Procedure Code via an amendment in 2022 and the order passed by the Lahore High Court
was the first decision made under Order 9B. This decision is reported as 2024 LHC 1435.
